Our Faith: Student
Through this 8-week study, preteens will gain a Wesleyan understanding of their faith by discovering who God is and the depths of God’s love for them.
Catechism is the ancient practice of students asking faith questions with a trusted leader as their guide. Our Faith is an 8-week study that is full of questions, answers, scriptures, and activities.
In these 8 sessions, explore the answers to these questions:
· Who is God?
· How does God love us?
· How do we live in God’s love?
· What is the Bible?
· What else helps grow our faith?
· How can we interact with God?
· Is God still creating?
· What’s our role in God’s story?
Guide preteens as they grasp the core tenets of the Christian faith through a Wesleyan theological lens. Our Faith teaches students how to approach their faith in a comfortable, relaxed way that keeps them grounded in Scripture. The question-and-answer format encourages preteens to keep exploring as they deepen their relationship with Jesus.
