R. Franklin Cook is a consultant and writer for the Church of the Nazarene. In 2004, he concluded a 15-year position as the Regional Director of the denomination's Eurasia Region. Previously, he served as professor of missions at Trevecca Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, pastored in California, and worked as the coordinator of Urban and Ethnic Ministries for North America. Franklin Cook has written numerous articles and books and, from 1997 to 2004, served as the founding editor of Holiness Today.
